5 Days Maasai Mara Lake Nakuru Lake Naivasha

Day 1: Nairobi – Maasai Mara

This exciting 5 days Masai Mara Kenya safari begins with a briefing by our office representative then embark on your journey making the first stop at the Great Rift for memory pictures and great views. Later proceed to Narok where you will take your lunch and refreshen up for some few minutes before embarking on your journey to Maasai mara game reserve arriving in the afternoon. Upon arrival you will check in into your booked accommodation refreshen up before heading for our evening game drive. Later after this adventure in Masai Mara you will drive back to the lodge / camp for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Maasai Mara Full day

You will have an early morning breakfast followed by a thrilling full day game drive at the Masai Mara National Reserve The full day game drive in Masai Mara will enable you to explore other areas of the Masai Mara National Reserve and the Mara Triangle up to the Mara river, which is at the border of Tanzania, just next to the famous Serengeti National Park. The driver will make a few stops along the banks of the scenic Mara River as to allow you to stretch your legs during your game drive. With your packed lunch you will have a 1 hour’s snug picnic lunch break and enjoy more of this park. Later you will drive back to your lodge for relaxation.

You will also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Maasai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a lovely experience ( Optional)

Day 3: Maasai Mara – Lake Nakuru

Early morning game drive before breakfast. Thereafter breakfast leave the camp and drive to Lake Nakuru national park having a picnic lunch on your way. On your way you will have a view of Lake Naivasha and if time allows you can talk with your guide to pass you by the lake to take a boat ride at an extra cost. Upon arrival at Lake Nakuru check in for dinner and overnight at the camp/lodge.

Day 4: Lake Nakuru – Lake Naivasha

After breakfast you will proceed on a game drive in lake Nakuru park, known for its prolific bird-life including flamingos. The park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino while species like cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline–enjoy a hot lunch and drive tonaivasha–you have an option to take a boat ride in this fresh water lake to go and see hippos and fish eagles at extra cost. Dinner and overnight at a hotel / lodge.

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Nairobi

After breakfast at the hotel drive to Hell’s gate for a game drive. Here is the only place one can walk inside the park as their no predators. You will decide if to do the game drive with the safari vehicle or hire Bicycle to cycle the 11 kms down to gorge. At the gorge you will get a guide so that he can guide you and share information about the rock layers. Late drive/cycle back to the gate, leave Naivasha with lunch enroute back to Nairobi. Drop off at Nairobi Hotel or be transferred to airport to catch a flight home/other
